Everything was great. clean, comfortable beds, spacious room. Lovely breakfasts, staff is friendly... Great location, lots of cafes and restaurants in the Jewish quarter... Wawel Castle and central square are within walking distance... In terms of price/quality ratio - perfect!
Our room was on a busy street, so there was noise, trams... But there are rooms that overlook the courtyard, it's quiet.

This is one of the best hotel bargains anywhere. Not a 5* plush hotel. Just friendly & helpful staff. Clean & spacious rooms. Excellent location at edge of Old Jewish Section & a short 30 minute walk to Old Town. Tram just 10 meters from front door that quickly & inexpensively takes you to a major shopping centre & the Main Train Station., Surrounded by excellent restaurants & museums.
Needs more English tv Stations. Just bbc & hbo for late night viewing.
